At Oncology Management Services, we offer a suite of products and services designed to enable the Oncology Patient-Centered Medical Home model of care.
Our products are the tools (Practical Guide, Symptom Management Program, Practice Assessments & Gap Analysis and Iris Clinical Decision Support Software) that help facilitate self-guided transformation to the OPCMH care model.
For more proactive assistance, our Practice Consulting team collaborates with both community and institutionally-based practices and programs to implement the OPCMH care model, coordinate the OPCMH "neighborhood" and provide assistance navigating practice-payer negotiations. The OMS team brings its suite of products to each consulting engagement and adds support with data aggregation, analysis and presentation to monitor and benchmark performance.
